Meet Martyn

 

I’m a hands on gardener with a small, wind-swept patch on the South Coast of Britain, but when I down tools I love to share my passion for gardening with others. I’ve been writing, talking and broadcasting to amateur gardeners for two decades, sharing my knowledge of plants, growing and practical techniques developed over many years. Unlike a lot of gardening commentators, I don’t have a background in journalism but am a trained horticulturist and started off as a trainee at a nursery.
